Running of the wave III

Crowdy Bay NP NSW: In her novel, ‘The man on the headland’, Kylie Tennant wrote...

’’When the waves surge in under the golden arch of basalt (sic) at Diamond Head, between the ledges dripping with weed and cunjevoi, you can hear the boom from the cliff-top with the surge of the bombora and the boom again.’’

This is Kylie Tennant’s golden arch, in Crowdy Bay National Park. When the sea stampedes through the narrow opening, and collides with the rock faces, I think of the running of the bulls at Pamplona, Spain.

Awesome. Spectacular. Thunderous.

The mat for this Tableau™ mount is pale smoky blue.
